I am a life coach with dual bachelor of science degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Colorado. I specialize in coaching adolescents and emerging adults.
I use evidence-based research to help understand and elucidate the neurological, physiological, evolutionary and environmental influences that have a profound affect on behavioral outcomes in adolescents and emerging adults. I help clients with their goal work using metacognitive techniques that develop their self-awareness, emotional/behavioral self-regulation, independence and problem solving ability.
I help each client identify personal, meaningful goals that resonate with their core values. The client and I develop a plan for goal attainment that includes strategies for overcoming obstacles and unforeseen challenges. I help clients through every step of the process by coaching thoughts and behaviors. My purpose is to help clients transition into a life they design by coaching them to become the best version of themselves they can be. #Gr8Self
I live with my wife of 19 years in Castle Rock, Colorado where we enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren. I enjoy many of the outdoor activities the Rocky Mountains have to offer including snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing and hiking.
