     Christine Losciale-Thoemmes is originally from New York City where she began her education and career interning as a counselor at a Medical Center in Brooklyn. She moved to Denver, Colorado in 1997 where she continued her education receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services with an emphasis on addictions counseling from Metropolitan State University, and has since attained a dual Master’s from Regis University in Psychology and Creative Writing. Other certifications include Level 1 Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Professional Coach. She is experienced in: counseling; mentoring; teaching; and life coaching.
     She is also a published writer/author and enjoys teaching children coping skills through yoga and early childhood literature. She currently lives south of Denver in Castle Rock, Colorado with her husband, 4 children, and black lab, and is the grandmother of 4 bright and energetic grandsons.
     As a Life Coach she helps clients to identify and achieve their personal and professional goals, as well as overcome  obstacles, by developing and following a specialized measurable plan for success using assessments and ongoing coaching sessions.
